1 month guarantee does not suggest much confidence in the product – can this be extended?
How much is the kit to convert to road spec?
What is the expected lifespan of the bikes? If these have say 100 hours use, what percentage of their / the battery’s like has been used?
If I were interested in one or more of these bikes, what would you say to convince me to buy this year’s model instead? how has the product moved on?

The bikes are used and over 1 year old meaning out of manufacturers warranty. They are all gone now.
