Riding our new test track

After deciding we needed to build our own test track and spending a couple of days working on it, we knew it needed a good testing. We got out the Quantya Track we have set up with knobbly tyres and gave it a blast around the track. As the track was still freshly built it needed a little riding in. AJ got his boots and helmet on and started racing round.

The track is designed to be tight and technical – perfect for the Quantya. This test track is not meant to be a full on race track, just somewhere people can demo the Quantya and we can test. It is a lot of fun to ride as you can see from the pictures.

  1. Track looks good! Wish I had that kind of land to build a track.

How does the Quantya handle on a track compared to a full MX bike? I know other electric motorcycle manufacturers mention that their bikes are not designed for hard core MX riding. Do you guys have the same stance?

Can’t wait to see a Quantya in the flesh! One of the members of our forum who lives a few miles from you said he is gonna try to get with you guys for a test ride. Looking forward to his opinions!

  2. The Quantya handles great on the track. It is quite a small track. Due to the limited top speed on a full size big open MX track the Quantya does get a little lost. For this reason Quantya bikes are not great. The thing is though, we can build tracks to suit the bikes then they are just as much fun.

I look forward to doing more demos and seeing what more people think of the bike. So far it has been a smile machine. People cant beleive it when they have a go.
